The service was good and friendly but the price was waay too high for what I received and I didn't like nor appreciate Made in Japan putting their advertisement license plate holder on my car without my prior approval or knowledge and I had to break it to get if off!

We apologize for the poor experience, and would love to facilitate your concerns personally. We would like to review the services received and reconcile any discrepancies. It should be noted, license plate frames are optional as noted in our orientation package, which the customer receives before we service the vehicle. We ask our customers to fill out a short preferences sheet in the package, which understandably most people disregard, because most people are busy. Again, we apologize for any miscommunications or poor service.

I called and talk to Brain. And explains my problem that I was having.And was able yo check my car the next morning.and fix my car.very nice.. and explain to me.

Brain was easy to work with and talk to about my car. I was a little disappointed because I asked for my old parts and did not get them. Over all, I'm happy with their work. I really like the preventive maintenance. They beat the dealers price.
