I would like to give a huge thank you to Michael and his staff @Jack Dane. My car had not been feeling right to me. I took to one place and just regular maintenance was done.my car still had not been doing right. I came in and I felt so at ease with Michael. they did the assessment of my car and text me what needed to be done. what I admire the most is no pressure. no false narratives at extra work needed. when I explained to Michael that I was told that I needed new brakes he assured me that my brakes still had life. IM so grateful to the jack Dane family. my car feels like a new running car at a affordable price. not the dealership prices. They did a pre purchase inspection for me and TALK ABOUT THOROUGH. Spend the couple hundred bucks with these guys and get a pre purchase inspection. Also, their payment and update system online is fantastic. Highly recommend this shop.

Had to bring my wifes 2016 Nissan Murano here because of a transfer case leak that was out of control. Usually I do all of the maintenance on it myself and haven't had to take any of our cars to a automotive repair shop in many years but some things are just out of your own control and you have to let the pros step in. Their service adviser Christopher was very professional and helpful. Ran into one issue but they did fix it right away. What's good about this place is that they do a full check on your car and let you know what needs to be replaced by priority and provide pictures to show you so you know they are being honest. If I have any other major issues with any of our Nissans that I can't repair myself I will be bringing them here. Thank you guys and appreciate your great work.

I brought my Toyota Highlander in for a diagnosis (and most likely repair) of a whining noise coming from the rear. Mike called after awhile and said it was ready to go and that they had driven the car and done some diagnosis in their shop, coming to the conclusion that it is the tires. I went to pick it up fully expecting to pay a diagnosis charge and when Mike says "No Charge". Well, they now have a new customer! Any shop that treats folks like that deserves my future business.

Nowadays it can be a challenge to a find reputable automotive repair shop. Today I found Jack Dane Automotive. Took the car I have had since 2003 with 372k miles on it for a transmission service. I met Michael Rodriquez their service rep. As we were talking about my particular car and some of my past service experiences. I was very impressed of his personal expertise of my 23 year old car, it was as if he owned it. Not only did Danes Automotive service my transmission, but sent me pictures of some other issues I was totally unaware of. Danes Auto is up to par technologically and mechanically and is a shop I can trust and count on to take excellent care of my cars. You guys are the A team and you have my 5 star approval. Thank you.
