If I could rate more stars for my experience I would. My husband recently passed from ALS at any early age. I brought his custom 2016 Mustang race car to Jack Dane for evaluation for several loud clunking noises. Unfortunately, he was not able to race it and the car sat for a while. After getting the run around from other mechanic places, Jack Dane was referred to me. They did a full inspection of the vehicle that included everything from A-Z. I have never received an inspection report more thorough than what they provided. It included pictures and explanations of everything they found. My brother is a retired mechanic of over 30 years and he was very impressed as well. They were very honest in explaining to me some after market parts that needed to be replaced were going to be very hard to find. They even took hours of their own time to try & find the after market parts prior to me committing to use them to fix the problems. One of those after market parts ended up being a real hassle to not only get but to get the correct part as the vendor sent the wrong part twice before getting it right. They went above & beyond when the vendor required a picture & measurements of the sway bar requiring them to put it back on the rack. They also needed to put the car back together to free up their rack as we waited for the third & final correct part to arrive. After arrival, they took the car apart again to replace the bushing at no additional charge to me. This car is very special to me and they took excellent care of it for over 2 weeks as we waited for the part to arrive with no pressure or complaints to me. Mike was very knowledgeable about custom built cars and their unique challenges as well as explaining everything to me at a level that I understood. I have some knowledge of cars but not to the level needed to understand this custom built car. He was courteous, kind and excellent at his job. I highly recommend Jack Dane Auto Service to anyone needing an honest, reliable and authentic Auto service place. I can now drive the car with confidence that I took care of it like my husband wanted me to. They were a blessing to me.

Best service in town IMO. Gave honest opinion about my A/C and tire problems and fixed my car really fast. Prices seemed reasonable too.
