I believe I've found my mechanic to work on my cars, yeah!!

We've been taking our vehicles to you for many years and can always count on a high level of service and competence. No difference on this visit, savvy techs and great service. I thought for sure that our brakes needed replacing and actually instructed Mike to replace them. He called a few hours later to say they inspected the brakes and they looked fine. I believe a lot of shops would have taken that opportunity to unnecessarily replace the brakes and make a few bucks. Not you and your team. You guys operate with a high level of integrity. Thanks!

I've made three calls to this place when they're open to make an inquiry and I've gotten a message to leave a remote access code each time. Everyone on yelp and otherwise loves this place, but it shouldn't be so hard to make an appt.

They are always very thorough and they kept us up to date every step of the way.

The only shop I know that combines automotive expertise with amazing customer service. I will always take my car here whenever I have a choice. Phil and Mike are absolutely the best.

As a woman, I've become used to mechanics talking to me like I don't know or won't understand anything about cars, but Mike was never condescending. Gave me a good info and totally explained the inspection report. When I brought my family in to pick up our car, they brought Jack out to play with our kids and we felt at "home". They will definitely be our go to for our 2012 Honda CRV. They're awesome!

I am never disappointed by the service received from the staff at Made in Japan. Each of them are thorough, professional, service oriented, honest, and extremely competent in what they do. I can always count on these guys to meticulously service my vehicle, alert me to any potential problems, and advise my of what I should do next. There are countless vehicle repair facilities throughout the city, but oftentimes I cannot be fully confident in their analysis, advice, and quality of work. This is not the case with Made in Japan as I am always confident in their work, its quality, and the advice they give me. As always, thanks so much.
