The owner and technicians were accurate, knowledgable, and timely in make the repairs to my Toyota. They provided me a link to see the items of my car that needed to be repaired, even a photo of the major part that was deteriorating - very helpful! This allowed me to leave my car while at work and see the parts needing replacement. I recommend this shop, because they are always precise and not over priced for the work they complete.

Great...as always. Phil is great with giving us options and keeping us informed. Work gets done in a timely manner. Very happy with Made in America / Japan (eventhough we have a Hyndai!).

Although the job was quite expensive, we feel your company did a thorough job, even giving us the option for preventive fixes now or a more expensive fix later. We were just bummed out about the cost for our 12-year old Saturn (almost $2600), but it was really the first major repair for the vehicle. Thanks for making room on your schedule for our repair. By the way, the 24 month warranty was given verbally; hopefully you will find us in your system if we need to return before that (hopefully not!).
