Phil, his wife and their staff are professional, personable, patient with questions and always a pleasure to work with. I trust them with my vehicle, they are honest and I will always bring my vehicles to them. Plus, if you are an animal lover, they have Jack, their Great Dane in their office from time to time who loves to greet their customers too. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to them, you will not be disappointed.

The Car Docs have been taking care of my vehicles for several years and I am super excited that they have moved to larger and more convenient location in Rocklin. Scott, the owner and mechanic, is very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. Because of Scott I have been able to keep my Acura running great to 160K miles and my Toyota to 100K miles with minimal problems. I would recommend The Car Docs to anyone who wants to keep their vehicle running great at an affordable rate. Plus Scott warranties his work for 24 months or 24K miles and offers a discount to veterans!

First of all the customer service was great, but they never fixed the problem I went in for, it was the wheel bearing noise. They did analysis of things that I specified at the beginning (I already told them). I said three time I only wanted to address the wheel bearing noise, and this was never done. The car ran terribly after I picked it up. it was way worse then when I brought it in, (how does this happen?) It was running about a 2-3 on a rough scale, and when I left it was more like a 7-8 and 10 being the worst. Never coming back, I'm taking my Subaru to a specialist.

I brought my car to The Car Docs to fix an issue with the A/C and and they had it back to me the next morning. It was fixed for less than I was expecting and I was very pleased with the service I received. I recommend these guys!

They were very helpful and understanding about my lack of car knowledge. I asked for a prioritized list of what needed to be fixed on my car and they did exactly what I asked. I highly recommend this shop, I have recommended this place to everyone I am close too. They do good work, and they are good people.

My car seems to be running better. Phil was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and did not make me feel as if I had been taken advantage. The only issue with the service from start to finish is Phil and I spoke about a coupon I had received in the mail that he would honor ($25, $50, etc off service equaling a certain amount or more). I unfortunately forgot this coupon and I believe Phil may have forgot we spoke about it over the phone. Every other aspect of the service was great.
