Although the job was quite expensive, we feel your company did a thorough job, even giving us the option for preventive fixes now or a more expensive fix later. We were just bummed out about the cost for our 12-year old Saturn (almost $2600), but it was really the first major repair for the vehicle. Thanks for making room on your schedule for our repair. By the way, the 24 month warranty was given verbally; hopefully you will find us in your system if we need to return before that (hopefully not!).

Made in America Made in Japan is far better than just a great local mechanic, they are AMAZING! I have an extended warranty that I have read through but still was unsure exactly what it covered. I printed it out and bright it in to the shop. When I my car's fuel injection system went out they looked in to the coverage and found a $1100 repair would run me $293 but that's not even the AMAZING part... That day when I came to pick up my car they told me the total was $202. I asked why the bill came in lower than the quote and Mike told me that there was an extra gasket that was unnecessary and so they removed it from my bill. Saving me almost $100! I wouldn't know a gasket from a spark plug and I am pretty sure they knew that! They could have charge me for that and I would have paid it happily but they did the right thing! I wish everyone operated the same way!
