I have been to Jack Dane’s twice and each time it has been top notch service. At the Rocklin location, Mike has been the front desk greeter and each time he is friendly, always listening and NOT distracted and really tries to get to the issue at hand before writing it up. It really makes a difference when the FIRST person one interacts with, when there is potential for a car expense that could be “high”, makes you (me) feel like there is no job more important than mine! I will be bringing our cars in for standard service more often! Thanks for putting the customer/our concerns first and not the shop’s bank account! Keep it up and thanks to garage crew for being so thorough as well! Job well done!
