I have been to Jack Dane’s twice and each time it has been top notch service. At the Rocklin location, Mike has been the front desk greeter and each time he is friendly, always listening and NOT distracted and really tries to get to the issue at hand before writing it up. It really makes a difference when the FIRST person one interacts with, when there is potential for a car expense that could be “high”, makes you (me) feel like there is no job more important than mine! I will be bringing our cars in for standard service more often! Thanks for putting the customer/our concerns first and not the shop’s bank account! Keep it up and thanks to garage crew for being so thorough as well! Job well done!

When I brought my car in it was running really rough. I thought it was going to be too expensive to fix. It’s a 13 year old car and i thought maybe it was a goner. Mike got me checked in and was very professional and friendly. The mechanic at Jack Dane (Eddie) quickly diagnosed 3 repairs that would fix the issue. The cost of the repairs was less than I expected and the car was running like new again in no time. I recommend Jack Dane Auto Service 10/10. I won’t go anywhere else.

Jack Dane quickly diagnosed and fixed a rattling noise that my car was making, as well as identified and repaired a leak they noticed coming from an oil pressure sensor. They were transparent and fairly priced. I would recommend and use them again.

New high volume oil pump and timing components on the 5.4 Triton 3v. In the six years I’ve owned it, the truck had never ran better, and is now averaging 20.2 mpg on the highway, with no engine lag. A significant improvement from before I dropped it off with the team at Jack Dane in Rocklin.
