The repairs were made in a timely manner and for less than the original quote. The car drives much better and I didn't realize anything was wrong. Wow. As always, Made in America Made in Japan took excellent care of me (and my vehicle)! When my car broke down on a Friday afternoon, Dana arranged for a rental vehicle at an amazingly low rate and Philip got to work evaluating the problem. As always, they kept me updated on the progress of the repair and when I picked it up he let me know of other repairs I need to think about soon, as well as options for taking care of those. I have been a customer for 15 years and I will remain a customer of theirs forever. I cannot imagine trusting anyone with my vehicles as much as I trust Philip and Dana and everyone else at Made in America Made in Japan!
