I've been going to MIA/MIJ for a couple years now and always leave happy and satisfied. I can count on the work being done correctly and professionally the first time. Another thing... No up sells, I don't feel like I am going to be asked to purchase services I don't need. I will continue goIng back for sure!

Made in Japan/Made in America is a real and all-around repair shop--no fancy stuff, just taking care of the thing that needs repair. They do great work and are able to explain everything they do in plain English. They're friendly and personable, easy to access, and they've got a fun dog to play with.

I am very happy that I took my ailing 1898 Ford Festiva to the Made in America in downtown Sacramento. The service was superior, their patience and extra effort in locating parts for this 'vintage' car was very gratifying. I will definitely take my business there again. A great group of people and they even have a very cool dog.

My 1997 Subaru has about 257.000 miles to it. I have been going to Made in Japan for at least 8 years now. The maintenance on my car has kept it safe and reliable. I totally trust these people, not only for their competence, but also for their dealings with both my daughter, who drives an old Acura, and myself.
