I have been having my 1997 Subaru Impreza serviced by Made In Japan on I Street for maybe six years. I am completely at ease with their work and integrity. The last visit, the mechanic test drove my car, heard a noise, and found a ball bearing was going out. I never reported that noise as it was so subtle I wasn't sure anyone would believe me. Now, that is impressive. These people have always been kind to me to the point of going steps further than required to be helpful.

I really appreciate how friendly the staff is, they take the time to go over issues and prepare you for what might be coming up as a problem. I highly recommend Made in America (even for my old German Car).

Totally friendly and I appreciate the additional information you gave me about my car. This is the second car I had serviced by you guys and so far, no mishaps. The only criticism is that your rates are about $35-$50 more than services rendered in the area. Needless to say, the previous vehicle you serviced was old and easily broken but you guys made it tip top shape! I will forever be a customer and pay the extra $$.

I called the shop last minute - I was overdue for an oil change. Gary said "no problem, we'll work it in." Service is always prompt and professional. The location outstanding for those of us working downtown Sacramento, no rental cars!
