This morning my car battery died on a garbage day. I needed to move my car to avoid a parking ticket. I pulled my battery out and went to see Phil. Phil looked up my battery and to my surprise it was 7 years old. Within a few minutes I had a new battery and on my way. Great customer service every time I show up. Thanks guys.

The team at Jack Dane was great. They got me in on a busy day without a previously scheduled appointment. I’m grateful for that! Also very friendly and knowledgeable and weren’t pushy about upselling additional services.

Jack Dane has been awesome! They do an in depth diagnostic on your vehicle (I’ve never seen this before) and send it to you with pictures/videos and recommendations attached. Phil is very friendly and is understanding/accommodating. 10/10 would recommend.

This is how service is supposed to be done. Phil was courteous, he took the time to explain what and when it was going to be done. He updated me via text AND phone, and it was always clear where things stood. Seriously- if you want to have good experience with a shop you can trust, look at these guys.

My Tacoma developed a rattle that I couldn’t pinpoint for a couple weeks. So I brought it in and the crew was able to figure it out that morning. Phil has great communication and even suggested some preventative maintenance which we moved forward with. The work was quick and precise and the texts with updates and reports were much appreciated!

Phil is the gentleman we had contact with. We had the car towed to Jack Dane after hours on Wednesday. They diagnosed the problem quickly. They gave us three options. They were honest, didn't try to "sell" us on something we didn't NEED to have done. Very professional. Will definitely use again, and highly recommend.
