These guys have always done a thorough and quality job. A new feature is they not only communicate status through texts, but they also provide documentation with pictures to give you a clear idea about what needs to be worked on.

My check engine light came on, and I new if I took it to Jack Dane they would tell me exactly what was a mater with my car. They are always nice and friendly and explain everything in a very easy to understand way. Also they have a Great Dane that likes to come out and great you.
Very helpful and descriptive with what was wrong with my vehicle. Communicative and prompt. Customer Service was exceptional and the office dog Jack was a definite plus.
