The repairs were made in a timely manner and for less than the original quote. The car drives much better and I didn't realize anything was wrong. Wow. I always feel like you go the extra mile and provide personal service. Bringing my car to MIA feels like taking it to a trusted friend. Thank you again for your great service.

As always, Made in America Made in Japan took excellent care of me (and my vehicle)! When my car broke down on a Friday afternoon, Dana arranged for a rental vehicle at an amazingly low rate and Philip got to work evaluating the problem. As always, they kept me updated on the progress of the repair and when I picked it up he let me know of other repairs I need to think about soon, as well as options for taking care of those. I have been a customer for 15 years and I will remain a customer of theirs forever. I cannot imagine trusting anyone with my vehicles as much as I trust Philip and Dana and everyone else at Made in America Made in Japan!

The services was excellence because I called the day before and they immediately got my car in to assess and then was in communication with me on the issue. And explained the issue to me so that I could understand it. And everything went smoothly.

There are few people out there that understand customer service as well as Phil. Without going into detail, I can say that a situation that in other shops could have easily turned ugly and potentially litigious was turned into cause for me to stick with this shop for as long as I have cars to service in Sacramento. There are plenty of good mechanics around but this shop actually cares about their customers. So rare and so appreciated.
