I was treated with professional service and I felt Phil Poe and his team were honest with the mechanical parts that needed repair or replacement. As we know mechanical repairs can be costly but I feel I was priced fairly. By the way, I feel like I am driving a new car again! Good Job! Greg Novak

Just brilliant!!!!! My VW Gti had a somewhat common issue according to the forums on line and also said common fault is said to be commonly misdiagnosed by dealers and private shops alike. The forums often had stories of owners paying upwards of $3k for a $1500'ish repair. How did Phil and his team do? Phil's team nailed the issue first time and even listened to me explain the symptoms, most shops just look through you and nod their heads while you talk. Not these guys. They came in at just over $1500 and went over the whole car just "to look" and found I needed a brake fluid flush. Highly highly recommend these guys, oh and Daisy too!

I can depend on Made in Japan to always fix my Lexis RX 350 anytime at a reasonable price. That is not to expenses. Anytime I need my car look at they were always there and never to busy to help. They always did excellent job. I recommend them to all my co-workers and family. Keep up the good work!!!!!!

Once again I was able, without an appointment, to have work done quickly and with good quality at a reasonable cost. The staff is always friendly and gives me confidence that they will do a good job.

After a couple years of "doing it yourself" I've returned and the service is above and beyond, as it was before. This shop is very customer oriented and they know how to take care of their customers.
