Phil Poe was very personable on the phone when I called for an estimate for a major service/repairs on my Honda. He made me feel comfortable asking questions & explained things in a way I could understand (I'm not a car person). When I took the car in for the service, He reviewed the service & the costs. He prioritized the recommended services for me, since my budget didn't allow me to complete all the work at one time. I felt comfortable & confident with Phil & the work that his shop provided. I would highly recommend this Auto Shop.

I recently had Made In America/Made in Japan check out two cars I was thinking of buying. Phil Poe and staff were thorough and frank. Their assessments stopped me from buying two cars that would have both been financial drains. While I acknowledge they are hardly a budget operation, I've never had a problem with one repair they've taken on for me.
Good costumer service, i had a transmission oil change and everything came out great. i will definitely be coming back.
Phil was very accessible and professional. My truck repair was very expensive however so I can't give it 5 stars. My son had to return the truck for a small problem that was overlooked however Phil had it towed and so it was fairly easy to manage. I did not take time to compare pricing on the repairs so have no idea whether it was reasonable but for ease of handling with this shop I can say it was excellent service. And I would take my sons truck back if needed.
