I work a block away from this shop so I brought my car here yesterday for the first time more out of convenience than anything and was pleasantly surprised by the service and ease. I didn't feel like I was being gouged and they even made a small repair for no charge. They have a service dog there whose picture is on the wall and she has business cards! Adorbs. II'll definitely be back.

Made In America Made In Japan continuously gives top-notch service. Whether I bring my car in for a routine oil change, or when something more major needs to be tended to, the team there always does a thorough job of explaining recommendations and assessments, and in terms that are easy to understand. Most of the time it's "your car looks great, see you next time!" I'm so grateful to have a place where I know the people are sincere, do excellent work and truly care about their customers.

It is wonderful to have a trusted auto repair business that I can take my car to and want to thank Brian and Co. for the new brakes! It is great having brakes in my car again!

Once again, the talented team at Made in America Made in Japan delivered top-notch service with a smile and got my car back to peak operating performance. After several return visits to an unnamed auto care establishment (rhymes with "irestone"), who were unable to eliminate the constant squealing from my front brakes (telling me that "they're ceramic brakes so they're supposed to squeak for the first month or so"), I decided enough was enough and it was time to bring my car to Made in America Made in Japan. And I'm so glad I did - it turns out there was a service bulletin out for my car explaining that specific new rotors, calipers and brake pads were required to address this awful, ear-splitting squeaking noise that was emanating from my car (definitely not just "squeaky ceramic brake pads.") While it's never fun to find out one has to pay several hundred dollars for repair work, I actually felt relieved when Brian told me what needed to be done, as I knew that my car would be repaired correctly the first time and all problems would be addressed. And they were. Brian and the entire team at Made in America Made in Japan hit a home run yet again, and they've earned all of my business going forward. No more visiting big-name chains for brake service or oil changes - my car is only going to one place and one place only going forward. Thank you very much.

Once again, the friendly mechanics have saved the day! My car had an awful noise and they figured it out and got it running well. It made me laugh to read the invoice notes: "Tech confirms horrible noise". I really appreciated the night drop since it happened at night. And even though I didn't have an appointment they worked me in.

Bryan and the staff at Made in America are very conscientious. They take good care of my 1965 Mustang.
