I would like to say that I have never experienced such excellent customer service from an auto repair shop in all my many years of being a car owner. I was unable to come in person to the shop due to unforseen issues, but they were more than willing to accept the car from the tow truck. They were very communicative and called or texted me during all the major stages of the process. Phil was awesome. He was very honest and upfront with me regarding the costs and diagnosis. He provided multiple options for service and explained the difference of each option and what they would entail. Not once did he speak to me as if I was a child, but he also made the language clear and for a lay person. He emailed me detailed quotes, that left no guessing about prices or cost. I appreciate them and their work, and I will definitely be back for regular maintenance.

Last year about the same time my air conditioner stopped blowing cold.I took it over to Jack Dane and they fixed me up very nicely. I was happy with their work. same thing happened this year AC stopped blowing cold. I brought it in Jack Dane stood behind their work. I was actually expecting to have to pay a couple thousand and they warrantied the part - no charge..

Jack Dane Auto Service was recommended to me by the trusted mechanic who does my wife's 2011 MBZ E350, Niko at Midtown Auto. I asked him who I should take my 2013 GMC diesel pickup truck to, now that the warranty is over and I wanted to stop taking it to the GMC dealer. He called Phil the owner of Jack Dane A.S. to find out if he works on diesel engines and Phil said yes. My first service was yesterday. Jack Dane replaced the driver's side low beam headlight bulb and Phil only charged me less than half of the standard charge outlined in the repair book due to his generous discounts. Not only that, Phil had his guys check every system in my nearly 80k mile truck including the alignment and topped off the fluids. I got a top to bottom check for the price of a headlight bulb change. What a deal! Phil was a pleasure to deal with. I found him friendly, respectful, personable, knowledgeable and professional. Same with his wife Dana who I spoke to on the telephone. Take your vehicle, diesel or gas (electric?) to Jack Dane Auto Service! They'll treat you right, your vehicle will run better and your wallet won't be much lighter! Can't end without saying a word about Jack, Phil & Dana's 5 year old great dane. Jack greets you at the door with an extremely calm demeanor. He must know somehow, that he is very intimidating because of his size and so he doesn't want to scare you by being too active. He slowly approaches and gently sniffs you all around, let's you pet him then slowly walks over to the couch and climbs on to continue surveying the front of the store. Jack is the perfect mascot for Phil & Dana's business.
