Great place for automotive work

Took my 2006 Ram SRT 10 to Jack Dane via a recommendation from a business acquantance. Another mechanic shop I had service my truck couldn't determine the cause of the major grinding noise in the front end. After several visits without any resolution, I concluded they weren't qualified to perform work on my vehicle. Within one day, Phil's crew identified the problem as a bad front wheel bearing and made the repairs. Result: No more grinding in the front end. They also were able to perform some innovative repairs on the dash since many of the dash components are no longer available thru the part houses. They researched and obtained some after market parts that could replace the no longer available Mopar componants. I was regularly texted with an update on the status of repairs being done on my vehicle. I found Jack Lane to be a creditble business and will be servicing all my vehicles with them in the future.

I would like to say that I have never experienced such excellent customer service from an auto repair shop in all my many years of being a car owner. I was unable to come in person to the shop due to unforseen issues, but they were more than willing to accept the car from the tow truck. They were very communicative and called or texted me during all the major stages of the process. Phil was awesome. He was very honest and upfront with me regarding the costs and diagnosis. He provided multiple options for service and explained the difference of each option and what they would entail. Not once did he speak to me as if I was a child, but he also made the language clear and for a lay person. He emailed me detailed quotes, that left no guessing about prices or cost. I appreciate them and their work, and I will definitely be back for regular maintenance.
