Phil and his team are great! I am very happy I found an honest shop that uses OEM parts. I love to drive older cars and they make it easy to do so. The fact that they are veteran owned is also very important. Super friendly and welcoming. They will always get my business on all of my cars. Thank you for the great work! Phil was very friendly and helpful with setting up an appointment to bring my car in. They were very thorough with a full inspection of my vehicle. Very honest and friendly people. Phil Poe and the team at Jack Dane has been fantastic since the moment I drove in with my 2017 Jeep Cherokee. They have been clear with expectations and communication and able to get the work done quickly and professionally. They are knowledgeable and have a firm grasp of the competition in the market. If they can't get it done they are willing to recommend someone who can (which I have also experienced). I've only experienced the Sacramento location but can assume that the quality and professionalism carries over to their other location as well. And if your lucky you'll even get to meet Jack.

My son raved about his mechanic so when my car was hit and totaled, he suggested Jack Dane. I have been very pleased with their service for the last three years. They give you an estimate and leave it up to you to decide what you want done and they do excellent work. The manager even escorted me home on the freeway the other day. Jack Dane dis a fantastic job.... again. Had some timing chain and valve issues that were throwing a check engine light code. They diagnosed and fixed the problems in a fast and thorough manner. Phil communicated extremely well throughout. They're online system with repair diagnostics and pictures was fantastic.. gave me all of the cylinder parameters online. Great job by Great Dane. It's definitely a go-to for me.

Fantastic company to do business with. I went in for a brake job to have my front and back brakes replaced. They did a complete inspection of my vehicle and found a couple of other issues that needed attention. They explained and documented the other issues, brake fluid and alignment, and we went forward with those repairs as well. Phil the Owner was a pleasure to work with and they've earned my business in the future. I highly recommend them!
