Brian is great! He takes the time to explain what is wrong with my old vehicle, and calls me before proceeding when it's something major that I was not expecting. When I realized that my coupon for $50 had expired, he told me about the online coupon that was a $60 savings. As a state employee on a budget, money is always tight, so I appreciated the extra discount!
