After bringing my car to Jack Dane for a comprehensive inspection and to get established with the shop, I did follow up with a recommended service that I felt was best to leave in the hands of the professionals. It is all relative and nobody looks forward to paying for auto repairs but that is just part of life. It did require a few days in the shop but Mike R. Kept me up to date with the progress and updates. I dropped my car off in a clean condition and it was returned to me in the same manner. Work was completed to my satisfaction and I am confident that if I have any issues they will make it a priority to make it right.

Brought my 2002 Jeep Wrangler in for a cylinder misfire. I was able to book appointment quickly. Tried other places and it was a two week wait. Got in on the first appointment requested. They called timely with updates on progress and efficent in repair. Very friendly staff. This will be my go to place for car repairs.

I would like to say that I have never experienced such excellent customer service from an auto repair shop in all my many years of being a car owner. I was unable to come in person to the shop due to unforseen issues, but they were more than willing to accept the car from the tow truck. They were very communicative and called or texted me during all the major stages of the process. Phil was awesome. He was very honest and upfront with me regarding the costs and diagnosis. He provided multiple options for service and explained the difference of each option and what they would entail. Not once did he speak to me as if I was a child, but he also made the language clear and for a lay person. He emailed me detailed quotes, that left no guessing about prices or cost. I appreciate them and their work, and I will definitely be back for regular maintenance.
