After hearing a loud pop and losing brake pressure, I took my diesel truck to Jack Dane Auto Service, as they were recommended as one of the best mechanics in the Rocklin area. Mike greeted me in the office indicating it could take a couple of days. Mike also took the time to talk to me about other issues with my truck. The mechanics diagnosed the problem and were able to complete the repairs the following day. I appreciate their courtesy and professional demeanor and would not hesitate to bring my diesel truck back for maintenance. Got me in and out on the same day, and I didn't even have an appointment. These guys are outstanding. They always do a great job of explaining what maintenance needs to be performed, as well as any minor maintenance that could be put off until later. Very professional, honest, and fair with their prices.

Couldn’t ask for more honest and helpful guys. Had an engine blow in my Focus. They wrote up a quote for a brand new crate motor, not a remanufactured one, and was still competitive with not only the dealership but other shops as well. I’m not saying it was cheap but you get what you pay for in a good way. Service was exceptional, their writer Mike is extremely professional and always had an answer for all my questions. Their techs had no issue with me asking for updates and pictures, unlike dealerships. All in all, the best way to describe my experience with them is honest, professional, helpful, and most importantly and hard to come by nowadays is their friendliness. Thanks again guys!
