Great service and customer service from Mike is the best.

I stopped by without an appointment to have my headlight bulbs replaced and Mike was able to get me in and replace both low beam and the high beam bulbs while I waited. I really appreciate the prompt service . They had me in and out in a timely manor and I was very pleased with the work that they performed. Quality service & fair prices.

Vehicle inspection found rear wheels out of alignment. Four wheel alignment was performed. Thanks Mike, for not trying to upsell additional services I didn't really need. Recommend giving Jack Dane's Auto Shop a try.

Needed a timing belt, Jack Dane Auto Service did a great job and at a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend them!

The dreadful Engine Check Light suddenly lite up my instrument panel shortly after I started driving. It was late at night so first thing the next morning I called Mike and he was able to get me right into the shop to begin figuring out what was needed. By midday I received a text that the issue was an open thermostat which prevented the engine from reaching the right temp. The problem was quickly diagnosed and solved with a new thermostat installed. Thanks to everyone at Great Dane as they got me quickly back on the road! Also, unlike some other dealers that put me on hold and forgot I was there, Mike picked up on the 2nd ring and took my call.

This is a great shop. Mike, at the service desk, was friendly and informative. The car needed brake work and 100K mile service, which revealed other needed service. All of the problems were detailed with pictures and approval of repairs was easy online. Car was finished when promised and everything is working great. First time at Jack Dane's, definitely will be back.
