Brought my car in for a check engine light issue.Michael the service writer was very nice and explained white steps that was needed to fix my car .unfortunately for the cost of repairs I decided to refuse the repairs and will have to replace my vehicle.thank you Michael and the rest of the team .I will definitely return for future repairs .

Mike at the Rocklin shop has been great to work with over the past year -- he was able to step up and diagnose/fix issues on our 2005 Dodge Minivan when the weasel dealers won't touch anything older than 10 years. If he can't get a new part, he knows who sells used ones. Highly recommend for anyone with vehicles "out of warranty."

They squeezed me in for a quick appointment. Identified a couple extra issues that the car absolutely had. Got it all fixed up and some before the day was over. Insane turn around time. Appreciate you all!

Ed was extremely professional and friendly. I told him I'd just purchased a 20-year-old Camry and he did a thorough inspection on top of addressing the concerns that I had. He took the time to explain and didn't recommend repairs I didn't need immediately. The work was done right away and the car was finished hours before I expected it to be I will absolutely recommend Jack Dane Auto Service to anyone needing auto service or repairs.

Takes photos of what needs to be repaired. Efficient, polite but lacks personal touch regarding questions about repairs. While invoices and photos sent to email is great, I have to call with questions.
