These guys are fantastic and I can't recommend them enough. It's the second car I've taken to them and both times they did not disappoint. Phil runs a tip-top shop. He's knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and a strait-shooter. Their customer service is superior with up front and honest quotes, important and timely updates about progress (or when a new problem was discovered that needed customer approval), and efficient work that was completed on time as predicted. I'm unlikely to ever take my vehicle to a dealer shop again.

Friendly, patient, professional, thorough, and affordable service! It was my first time. I wanted a complete safety check since I started long-distance travels. I didn't want my car to break down in the middle of nowhere due to lack of maintenance and I didn't want to be forced to find any service because I'm in the middle of nowhere with a broken car. I wanted to build a maintenance plan with a lookahead schedule so that I can have a better control. Phil was courteous and said the comprehensive check was free. When the inspection was done, the inspection report was clear and thorough. The cloud-based dynamic communication system was easy and informative. The recommended maintenance was broken into urgency levels - which was clear and helpful. All recommendations were explained to me written and verbally and the prices were reasonable. Originally I was going to have only the inspection done, but it felt doable to get all the work done the same day. I'm glad I found a good auto service shop in Sacramento.

Just picked up my car from my visit time with Jack Dane. I was impressed with the amazing service. They kept me up to date on my car's progress the entire time, provided excellent pricing, and had me out the door the same day. Will certainly be going back.

I was referred to Jack Dane by a friend and had a great first experience. They were very communicative throughout the whole process and use a digital invoice via text which makes it very convenient. They even knocked down the price from the original quote because it didn’t take as many labor hours that the initial quote called for. Amazing service! Will refer other to this shop.

Team at Jack Dane is awesome to deal with.
