Everyone was nice, use quality parts and I’m sure they did a good job, place is super expensive even for easy jobs they’re not above using some deceptive language and annoying sales tactics, but that’s pretty standard.
I'm hoping we can review your experience personally. I have reached out but have not heard a reply. It is a fervent policy to give our customers all the information we have about the condition of their car , accurately and clearly, so they can make sound decisions that suit their needs. I personally review the Service Writer's interactions and police this regularly. If you have experienced otherwise, I would love to review that with you. In fact, if it ever happens to you again, I would recommend contacting the business immediately. We have far more resources to get to the bottom of the issue and resolve it when we respond that week, as opposed to months later.
