I called Made In America Made in Japan when my brakes began grinding. I'd had them replaced recently, but couldn't find my paperwork. On a Saturday morning I left a message and gave them my name. By 8:05 Monday morning I received a call from Brian and an email of my previous receipt was in my "inbox." They promptly got me in and repaired the brakes, which were still under warranty. They were courteous, prompt and meticulous. I would heartily recommend them! Thanks a million!

Being relatively new to Sacramento, this is my first experience with Made in America/Japan. It will not be my last. Ok, I had a tire gauge light that would get "fixed" & then come mysteriously back on. I had several top mechanics look at the problem & none could solve it. Until Made in America Made in Japan went back & read the dealer notes going back to my model year. Sure enough, there was a certainly sequence that had to be run for the sensor light to stay off. Problem solved. Awesome, guys!
