We have taken our truck here multiple times over the past few years and always have a positive experience. These guys are trustworthy and get it fixed correctly every time. They are not a discount shop, but you get what you pay for.

Jane Dane has been amazing for all the cars in my family. They are honest and told me today that I didn’t need expensive repairs today that the dealership was trying to get me to do. Will definitely be going back.

After getting off to a bumpy start, Mike and his crew at the Rocklin has won me over. Although problems arose in the beginning, Mike promptly confronted said issues headon to my satisfaction. I have now been to the shop 3 times and have been more than satisfied with their service. After years of being lied to by a dealer service department I have been on the search for a qualified service provider and have finally struck gold with Jack Dane Auto Service in Rocklin.

I had a very good experience with Jack Dane. Quick service and excellent communication, you get a sense of transparency and honesty. Reasonable pricing as well, they were very competitive compared to a few places I checked. I also feel like they will stand behind their work. Recommend. (Subaru Forester 2016)

They got my truck on the road after 2 trips in. Did not receive new customer discount advertised on website, so be sure to ask for it. Got Spark plugs replaced, left with Alternator issue… figured they would’ve noticed that before I left that first time. Overall decent customer service, but you WILL pay for it, possibly twice.

Great communication, trustworthy service. I really like their text message driven way of communicating, giving options, etc. I would return again.

I just had my Jeep serviced at Jack Dane Auto Service. Phillip was very friendly and professional. He explained what needed to be done and made recommendations for additional work but was very clear that it was up to me. There was no pressure. Just a bonus that they have Chaz in the lobby as a greeter:)

Great job on my Jeep. Upfront and honest. June 2024 Sept 2024 Brought my Jeep back because it was running rough and check engine came on. Although, it ran fine during the diagnostic they still went through the car and checked the previous work done. Highly recommend!
