I am glad to place a review. I give Jack Dane Auto Service 5 stars! It began with Dana, who took care of my questions and concerns with my initial call. Indicated that Mike would call to provide more information and set an appointment. Later the same day Mike called. I took my car in and communication was noted every step of the way. When I picked up my car, the amount quoted (after original diagnosis) was the amount paid, not a penny more for what other auto service companies would tell me are "unknown additional work needed"! I saw your picture and Jack is so handsome! Then I recognized Mike and I take it that the woman in the picture is Dana. I always felt that my interests and that of fixing my care was the company's priority. I was treated respectfully, honestly and intelligently! Great company which I recommend to everyone, I already have to 2 more potential clients. Thank you and God blessings in your future - it was his direction that I happened to look to my right, while exiting Sunset Blvd from SB 65, and nudged me to call....timing is perfect. After bringing my car to Jack Dane for a comprehensive inspection and to get established with the shop, I did follow up with a recommended service that I felt was best to leave in the hands of the professionals. It is all relative and nobody looks forward to paying for auto repairs but that is just part of life. It did require a few days in the shop but Mike R. Kept me up to date with the progress and updates. I dropped my car off in a clean condition and it was returned to me in the same manner. Work was completed to my satisfaction and I am confident that if I have any issues they will make it a priority to make it right.

Brought my 2002 Jeep Wrangler in for a cylinder misfire. I was able to book appointment quickly. Tried other places and it was a two week wait. Got in on the first appointment requested. They called timely with updates on progress and efficent in repair. Very friendly staff. This will be my go to place for car repairs.
