Mike was friendly and professional and took the time to explain the entire diagnostic on my truck including photos of the various findings. They weren't able to fix the problem as it involved work that was still under warranty from another shop but I can't imagine how I could have been treated better. I will definitely use Jack Dane Auto in Rocklin as my first stop with any auto issues.

Great service! Our van had a problem and they were able to correctly diagnose and fix the problem the same day. Highly recommended!

I used this shop for a pre-purchase inspection. Mike stayed on the phone with me quite a bit to really explain what he thought about the car and what the long term costs would probably be. He was informative, helpful and really took the time to help me feel confident about my decision. It seems like a very honest place.

Mike and his service techs do a great job and won’t over-sell services that aren’t needed. This is why I will continue having them take care of my vehicles!

Definitely 5 stars. I think Mike was his name. (Rocklin store) Anyway, he went above and beyond to help me out. I can't say enough good things about the service, and how much he went out of his way to help me out.
