Definitely 5 stars. I think Mike was his name. (Rocklin store) Anyway, he went above and beyond to help me out. I can't say enough good things about the service, and how much he went out of his way to help me out.

There is no question that the mechanics at Jack Dane Auto Service are the best! All are ASC certified; try getting that at your dealership. The customer service is great too.
Mike and Phil are the best. They do great work and treat the customer right. I like being able to trust my mechanic 100%.

Mike and Eddie are great. Friendly and professional. Everything is discussed up front...no surprises. They contact you quickly and the repairs are good and have been completed as quoted.
